  • What products or services do you offer?
We are a gift shop that has ready made gift arrangements on hand and we also have a verity of bags and plush. We also offer customization services as on spot embroidery and Mug and T-Shirt printing
  • What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns on our custom products but are happy to make something right if there was a problem on our side. For items just purchased in store, (arrangements are excluded) we will return if all tags are on the item and they are in perfect conditions, receipt is needed.
  • What is your shipping policy?
We ship out in 2 days from our store in Doraville GA, please refer to your tracking number for the status on your shipment. Pricing can be seen before check out

  • What is your company's history?
We started as a booth at a flea market run by mother and daughter and as we saw a need for small quantality custom made items we shifted our gears towards custom making t-shirts and other apparel. Once we moved out of the flea market and moved into our brick and mortar where we shifted our focus on making custom gift with the help of our customization services. We also added balloons and other party supplies to our inventory for the continence of our customers.
  • How long does it take to process an order?
For our online orders are ready in 24 hours, if a design is custom we would need more time to create the design, get customer approval and then make it, we usually ask for a week for a custom design. 
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We have two discounts,
    • If you share and tag us you are eligible for a 15% off our next purchase 
    • Referring a new customer you and the new customer are eligible for 10% off each
  • How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number for shipping updates, once the package has left our hands we don't have control over speed.

  • Can I cancel my order?
We allow cancelations up to 8 hours from the order time, after that your order has been processing and no longer can be canceled. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged for their nature.
